Paralegal

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Paralegal. The position requires a highly motivated candidate that holds an undergraduate degree and/or paralegal certificate with a minimum of 1-3 years of paralegal experience. A background in Colorado local government, specifically:

special districts law, contracts, employment law, real estate or land use and development would be a plus. The ideal candidate will welcome the opportunity to learn new skills and work independently while contributing to a team environment, be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Outlook. Experience with Worldox or another document management system as well as inputting time in a billing system; specifically, TABS is preferred. The right candidate must possess strong organizational abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, research and writing skills and the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to meet deadlines. Salary range is $70,000 – $90,000 for 1-3 years experience. Starting salary will depend on experience. This role is eligible for the following firm benefits: paid time off, firm paid medical, dental, vision, life insurance and long-term disability insurance for the employee, employer contribution to health savings account, voluntary insurance including supplemental life and short-term disability, and employee contribution to individual’s 401(k) plan and employer Safe Harbor contribution of 5.7% of salary begins first day of next quarter following employee’s hire date and employee is 100% vested, employer Profit Sharing and Matching contribution of 2% into employee’s 401K begins first day of next quarter following one year of service is discretionary and has a 6-year vesting schedule. New employees must be able to work in the office, although hybrid work options are available, depending on experience.
