There are times when a public agency may have a need to inter-act with another regulatory body, such as the Colorado Public Utilities Commission, as part of an ongoing infrastructure development project. These situations typically involve development of roads, bridges and public infrastructure which will require permitting from railroads in order to complete construction. CEGR Law has worked with clients in need of overpass and at-grade crossing permission, coordinating with design consultants and railroad personnel to obtain consent from the PUC for such project to be completed. This isn’t a typical need but when these situations arise, CEGR Law attorneys have the resources to file an application from start to completion with the PUC.
